Exercise is the key to good health. A healthy diet does not only include proper meals but a proper status of sleep and exercise. Exercise helps to maintain a good body structure and mental health. Nowadays people take exercise for granted and do not include it in their daily busy routine. The result is clear that they grow big bellies and become lazier. While some people think of going to classy gyms and wasting thousands of money. They start strict diets which lead to wastage of money. Most people in our country do not know the easiest and the simplest way of getting fitter is advised by our own country India that is yoga and light walking. They are the simplest and the cheapest way of getting fit. You don’t have to spend money on gyms or avoid your favorite food for diet just spend an hour a day in the fresh air of a garden or a park near you.
