So,

$\frac{m + 9}{7 - m} = m m^{2} - 6 m + 9 = 0 {(m - 3)}^{2} = 0 m = 3$

Therefore the equation of line passing through (7,3) can be written as-

$(y - 3) = 3 (x - 7) 3 x - y = 18$

Put x=0 in the above equation of line to get y-intercept as,

$y = - 18$

Therefore the y-intercept is -18.
