The M.D.'s driver had been with the company for 25 years. He was very good at his job. One day
he took the car home after dropping the M.D. late at night. While driving him, he accidentally
kills a girl crossing the road. Although it was not his mistake, the court punishes him. The
personnel officer in the company recommends dismissal. What should the company do? Retain
him or fire him?
