the length of minute hand = radius of the clock = 15cm

Circum of clock = circum of circle = 2 x Pi x radius

                                                             = 2 x 3.14 x 15

                                                             = 30 x 3.14

                                                             =  94.2  

therefore the clock's minute hand tip travels 94.2 cm in 1 hr
