The poet has mentioned the difference in poem regarding the choices that he has taken in choosing the path out of the two roads. One road which has been travelled by more number of peoples and the one which was very less travelled and the grasses are long there. So the poet decided to take the path which was less travelled by the people and this has changed the life of the poet. This was the difference that has been mentioned in the poem and the poet also says that "knowing how way leads on to way, I doubted I should ever come back." to travel the other path.
