The purchase manager of ABCltd. gave order to supply raw materials @ Rs.1000 per quintal to his relative whereas same quantity raw materials is offered @ Rs.900 per quintal by another supplier. Which principal of management is violated here.explain?

The answer given by jayant is correct. The principle violated here is 'Subordination of individual interest to general interest' . This is because the general interest of organisation to maximise profits is being ignored and the individual interest of the purchase manager is being given priority as he is allowed to supply the raw material at less than competitive rates.
