let the volume of first sphere be v1 and radius be r1 and volume of second sphere be v2  and radius be r2
v1/v2 = 1/27
(4/3 * pi * r13)/(4/3 * pi * r23) = 1/27 
on solving we get . r1/r2 = 1/3
r1 : r2 = 1 : 27
