Rate = 14([NO2]t)
Rate = 14×(1.6 × 10-2 mol L-1 - 0)4 s
Rate = 1.0× 10-3 mol L-1 s​-1
Thus, the rate of reaction is 1.0× 10-3 mol L-1 s​-1.

Now, rate of change of concentration of N2O5
Rate  = -12( [N2O5]t)
 1.0× 10-3 mol L-1 s​-1 -12([N2O5]t)
-([N2O5]t) = 2 × 1.0× 10-3 mol L-1 s​-1
-([N2O5]t) = 2.0× 10-3 mol L-1 s​-1
