the real process of filtration takes place in the glomerulus capillaries.why?

The process of filtration takes place in the glomerular capillaries because in this region we find three layers

1 Endothelial cell: lines the glomerular capillaries. This is a fenestrated endothelium, which means that there are pores that penetrate through the endothelial cells. Since these pores are relatively large, they allow for the free filtration of fluid, plasma solutes and protein. However they are not large enough that red blood cells can be filtered.
2  Glomerular basement membrane: Is a shared basement membrane between the two epithelia.
3 Podocytes, cells with elaborate interdigitating processes known as foot processes that control the filtration of proteins from the capillary lumen into Bowman's space.
The glomerular capillary wall functions as an efficient barrier that restricts the passage of plasma proteins and allows a high flow rate of filtration for plasma water and small solutes.
