use this formula 

R2/R1 = 1 + A ( T2 - T1 ) 

A is the temperature constant u have to find . 

R1 = 5     ;    R2 = 5.23 

T1 = 0     ;     T2 = 100 

after finding A , put back the value for the new resistance and find the temperature .
