the same situation can be viewed through two different perspectives. How "should wizard hit mommy"? does establish this point through the views of jack and jo? (6)

Dear Student,

The story that Jack told Jo ended in a rather debateful ending, with contradictory views of Jack and Jo about Roger skunk and whether or not he should smell differently. They hold different perspectives of the situation and are justified in thinking them according to their respective age and experience of life.
Jack ends the story with the skunk getting his old bad smell back because his mommy didn't like the new one and wanted to retain his originality because she likes him like that. This ending was aimed at getting Jo to understand the importance of obeying one's parents always because they think well for them and also to not succumb to peer pressure and maintain your individuality because your parents will always love you, no matter what.
But Jo did not like this ending because she wanted the skunk to have the nice smell that wizard got him and also the wizard should hit mommy instead for asking for the bad smell back again. The skunk was her hero and she wanted him to feel good among his friends. Her perspective was right on her to think of sympathising with the skunk and giving him what he wanted to feel better about himself.
Therefore, the story's ending has two perspectives, put by Jack and Jo, in order to understand the situation better.

Regards
