Q.why was it celebration time for all the tigers inhabiting pratibandapuram?

The maharaja of pratibhandapuram "the tiger king " had banned the tiger hunting in the state except for himself . It was a celebration time for the tigers because except the king no one can dare to hit a stone to the tiger . There is dramatic irony in the line .

The given statement is an irony for the tigers as the Tiger King proclaimed that no one would hunt the tigers in Pratibandhapuram except him. The one who would even fling a stone on a tiger, his property and all the wealth would be siezed by the govt.
