Total number of students in the school= 10000 Number of students who succesfully passed the board examination and left the school = 1000 - 50 = 950
Therefore,number of students who are still in the school for new session= 10000 - 950 = 9050
 Number of fresh students admitted in the school in the new session =900
Hence, the new strength of the school after the fresh admissions=9050+900=9950
