As we know that , Exterior angle of a triangle = sum of two opposite interior angleSo,Exterior angle of a triangle =60+80=140 degreeAnd we know that sum of interior angle and adjacent exterior angle = 180 degreeSo if exterior angle = 180 degreemeans  interior angle=0 but this is not possible
So exterior angle cannot be 180 degree or straight angle
