The typical range of molar enthalpies for the strongest intermolecular hydrogen bonds is?

Ans is 4-25 kj.

How?

The typical range of molar enthalpies for the strongest intermolecular (Hydrogen) bonds ie is not  200 – 300 kJ or higher rather its around 4-25 KJ/mol because its a weaker bond as compare to covalent bond or ionic bond. Due to less strength of bond molecule breaks at lower molar enthalpy i.e. bond dissociation energy of hydrogen bond is less than other types of bond.
