Dear Student
In this question the position of particle is 2i+3j+5k so it has co-ordinates that is 2 units along x axis, 3 units along y axis and 5 units along z axis. So this motion is 3D motion and if the particle would have the co ordinates 2i+3j it is a 2D motion
as it has distance along x and y axis only.
Hope this information will clear your doubts about topic.

If the co-ordinates of an object is 2i+3j+5k than it means it has 3D motion becauseit has three coordinates if it has 2 cordinates it would have 2D motion. So as in this question it has 2 unit along x axis and 3 units along y axis and 5 units along z axis
