the volumes of two spherical balls are 2744 cm cube and 343 cm cube respectively what is the ratio of their radii

  • 0
Volume of of first sphere = 4/3*πR³ = 2744 cm³

Volume of second sphere = 4/3*πr³ = 343 cm³

Ratio = Volume of first sphere / Volume of second sphere.

Ratio = 4/3* πR³ / 4/3* πr³ = 2744 / 343

Ratio = R³ / r³ = 2744 / 343

R³ / r³ = (14)³ / (7)³

R / r = 14 / 7

R / r = 2 / 1

R : r = 2 : 1

Thus the ratio of their radii is 2 : 1
