When two classes meet at the same hour then students of both
classes can not attainthe class So,
nC∩P=0Thus,nC∪P=nC+nP-nC∩P =40+60-0
=100⇒nC∪P=100
2When two classes meet at the different hour And
nC∩P=20Thus,nC∪P=nC+nP-nC∩P =40+60-20
=80⇒nC∪P=80
