(b) What will be the time in the first and second city after 75 years?

See 1 Km distance = 1 Minute time difference

So, 635 Km distanc= 635 Minutes

 =10 hours + 35 Minutes

(a.)But the later country may be either in the 635 Km East or the West with respect to the first city,

So may be either advanced by 10 hours 35 minutes or backwards,

Time in the second city will be either 06:15 + 10:35 = 16:50 or 06:15-10:35=19:40

(b.)As there is no leap year concept in this country so there will be no correction in time whether it be 75 Years or 750 Years.
