B2C enables the business firm and consumer to be in contact touch for 24 hours a day. B2C is also referred as shopping through internet. It helps consumer to place order for various consumer goods like CD, books, gadgets, tickets, etc. It helps both parties, it help business to understand consumer preference by various polls and help consumer to place order from anywhere without bothering to go into markets.
