Manpower planning is also known as management function of "Staffing".I don't agree with the statement because-
1. It leads to job satisfaction.
2. It ensures optimum utilisation of human resource.
3. It is important for growth and expansion of an enterprise.
4. It helps in improving performance and builds competitive spirit.
