Dear Student,
Given below is the answer to your question.

Note: Please post questions separately when you have more than one question to ask. It makes answering easy for our team.

1.  Helen was an alert young girl and she loved imitating other people. She carefully observed the people and imitated them. At six months of age, she could say "How d'ye" and one day she caught the attention of everyone by saying "tea, tea, tea" Thus Helen attracted everyone with her pleasing and friendly attitude at a young age.

2. Helen says that these happy days did not last long because in one dreary February, an illness took over her and her ears and her eyes were closed. In the many years to come she would remain deaf and blind, ignorant of all what happened around her. It was called the congestion of the stomach and brain and none expected Helen to live longer. However, the fever left her deaf and blind for the rest of her life.

3. Helen shared a deep bond with her sister Mildred in the later years. When Mildred was born, Helen was jealous that her mother took care of her. She tried to harm her. However things changed over the years. Helen wrote letters to her sister and they shared a special bond. They communicated with each other without words and in the words of Helen 'they grew into each other's hearts.' They also spent time together in the latter years when Mildred joined the Cambridge School.

4. Helen Keller recalls that the most important and significant things are not those that can be touched but those that are close to the heart. In other words, the feelings that one evoke in life like love, care, kindness cannot be touched or seen. However these are felt by the human heart. Also, in the life of Helen, though she was blind, she was able to sense the beauty of things around her, without seeing it. Many human beings, on the other hand, do not realise the value of the blessings and gifts they are gifted with. Thus beauty and worth comes from the heart and not from the materialistic things.

5. It was after the meeting with Dr. Bell that Miss Sullivan was assigned to help and teach Helen. When the day of her arrival approached, Helen sensed the presence of someone coming through the hurrying about of her mother. Her first learning from Miss Sullivan was through finger play. Miss Sullivan spelled the word doll into the hands of Helen when Helen was playing with the doll that the blind children at Perkins Institution sent for her. The relationship between the two of them broadened over the years that they spent together. Miss Sullivan became her teacher as well as her constant companion in life. Miss Sullivan taught Helen to find beauty in every minute detail that Helen came across. Miss Sullivan showered love into the life of Helen and made her feel significant. Helen and Miss Sullivan also made trips together. The death of Miss Sullivan left an irreplaceable space in the life of Helen. In short, Miss Sullivan encouraged Helen to succeed and reach heights in life.

I hope you find this answer helpful. Please post more questions on the forum to be assisted by our team.
Thank you.

a) Helen's vivacity, smartness and self-imposing nature attracted everyone before her illness. By the age of six months she could imitate people and say "Tea" and "How'd ya".
c) Initially Helen was envious towards her newborn sister Mildred. Since Helen was naive then she felt that her mother's love was diminishing because of Mildred. Moreover, she didn't realise that Mildred was her very own younger sister and didn't understand her responsibilities towards Mildred. All this vexed her and she manifests her anger by turning Mildred's craddle upside down. Fortunately, Helen's mother saved Mildred.
Later on, Helen and Mildred developed a great rapport.
