Dear student,

Evans had left his question paper behind, which helped the governor track him down. It was not just Evans but everybody had made some or the other mistake on that day, when Evans managed to escape. The governor acknowledges it and comments that everybody makes a mistake, no plan or security is ever perfect and it is only due to such mistakes that the culprit is caught and never goes unpunished.
