this tense form is correct or not :
Haveyou ever forgotten something? I had. It happened last summer at the railway station. A few weeks ago , my friends and I decided to go to Goa for a holiday. We were waiting for the train on the platform when i suddenly realised that i had forgotten my ticket at home. I was running to a telephone booth and called up my parents . They were working in the garden but luckily , my mother heard that the bell rang. They fond the ticket and hurriedly driving to the station . I met them at the entry gate and taking the ticket . we had no time to talk. I said good bye to them. when I reached the platform , I had seen that the train was about to leave . My friends called out to me and held out their hands and i managed to jump in just in time Whew ! what a narrow miss it was!
Today , when any one in my family plans a holiday , I reminded him to check whether he carries his ticket .
