You need to find the value of angle AOB So in triangle AOP, $∠ O A P = 90^{0}$ (radius is perpendicular to tangent) $∠ A P O = 50^{0}$ (line joining the centre and the point of intersection of the tangents bisects the angle between them) So, $∠ A O P = 180^{0} - {(90 + 50)}^{0} = 40^{0}$ Similarly, $∠ B O P = 40^{0}$ So, $∠ A O B = ∠ A O P + ∠ B O P = 80^{0}$
