9 PM

Dear Diary,

Today, I witnessed a violent  and disturbing fight among some of my school mates.

There were two rival groups of children fighting over who would get to play football first in the playground. Discussion soon turned to abuses and heated argument. I intervened and tried to talk some sense into them. But, they paid no heed; suddenly they started hurtling stones at each other. One of the students got hit in the forehead and blood gushed out of his wound! He was takn to the hospital and the crowd dispersed.

I was shocked and disturbed to see the lack of tolerance among young children. They immediately turned to violence to resolve differences. I hope that we can all learn that a cool and composed approach is the best to find solutions to any problem.
