Top 10 highest reactive elements

Dear Student,
This is a slightly ambiguous question, because to decide a single most reactive element comparisons might have to be made across various groups, which is not preferred due to different reaction properties of  differet elements like metals and non metals. When we look for the most reactive elements, the first and seventh group of the periodic table is to be noticed. This is because of their high electropositivity(give electrons) and electronegativity(take electrons) respectively. Earth metals like sodium are highly reactive in water and air. The same goes for the halogens like fluorine and chlorine, flourine is considered to be the most active element of the periodic table.
For metals there is a specific reactivity series in which metals are placed in decreasing order of reactivity: K > Na > Ca > Mg > Al > Zn > Fe > Pb > Cu.
