treatment of security premium reserve in cash flow statment?

If the security premium reserve for the current year is more than that of the previousyear then we add the difference to Net Profit after tax and extraordinary items and if sec. premium reserveis decreasing thenwe seeif there are any changes in other particulars suchas debentures or share capital.. for the reason refer to section 78 ofcomapnies act 1956
