Smaller angle=x
Bigger angle=2x-3
Now,sum of complementary angles is 90 degrees.
x+2x-3=90
3x-3=90
3(x-1)=90
x-1=30
x=29 degrees

Let the smaller angle be x.
The larger angle = 2x-3.
So,
2x - 3 + x = 90 degree
3x - 3 = 90 degree
3x = 93 degree
x =93/3= 31 degree

Therefore,
Smaller angle = x = 31 degree
Larger angle = 2x - 3 = 2(31) - 3 = 59 degree
