Two balls A and B of 250g and 500 g when thrown may have same kinetic energy

The formula for kinetic energy is,
$K.E.=\frac{1}{2}m{v}^2$
The mass of object B is double the mass of A.
If the kinetic energy is same, the velocity of the object is inversely proportional to the root of masses of the objects.
Therefore, the kinetic energy of he substance would be same if the velocity of object A will be $\sqrt{2}$ times the velocity of B.
