Plasma is a state of matter similar to gas but certain portion of it is ionized. Plasma can be made in very high temperature which may ionize the gas or can be induced by strong electromagnetic field applied with a laser.
It was found on the basis of Bose-Einstein condensation and discovered by John Toderblew.

 Plasma was discovered by Yoshi Hiragotima during his MANY experiments in Tokyo Japan.it is formed in stars when (due to high temperature )electrons come out of their orbids making themselves and the atom chrged .the two charged particle are called ions which forms plasma.......hope i m not wrong...
