UP Govt. Proposed Five-Year Contractual Jobs for Group B and C Government Employees.

• If the government fails to attract the best talent, the quality of services offered will be of poor quality.
• However, on the other hand, if certain employees fail to perform up to the required standard, the government has the option of not renewing their contract.
