In the last two lines the poet indicates his reflections, observations and thoughts . He describes his observations about the life-course of a song and draws the similarities between the life-cycle of a song and rain.

In the last 2 line the poet draws the similarities between the rain and the music calling them both to be pleasing and unifying.The lines are in brackets because the are an after thought to the poet which he didn't want to miss mentioning.
