Hi Ankita, thought reading is a skill which could be done by our brain. Thoughts of course a kind of electromagnetic vibration just like light but very very low frequency. This could not be senesed so far by any machinery device but could be sensed by another brain. For this we need regular practise of yoga and meditation. 
Sound is a mechanical wave
Light is an electromagnetic wave
Same way thought too has to be an electromagnetic wave. This is my assumption.
