Actually it is a matter of fact from which frame of reference we are seeing things
From earth frame, i.e., we stand on earth and observe things
then, the sun and starts appear moving.
from a frame outside solar system, we can see sun and starts still and earth moving about sun.
But generally humans are on earth so, we generally consider earth frame of reference. so it appears to us that sun and starts are moving but that is because we are also moving with earth.
so, the statement is false, actually earth moves round the sun and due to this movement, stars also appear moving
