Common development goals are those goals which are common among all individuals.All individuals may opt for these goals in life.For example, a good job with job security and other facilities like medical insurance, provident fund etc.In a way we can say that income is the common development goal for all individuals.

Different goals- differ people have different goals . some like to become engineer or some like to become doctorConflicts goals- if an engineer want to construct more dams for the hydroelectricity but this will disrupts the life of tribalsCommon goals- besides more income people may seek other goals such as freedom , security. All these may be common goals for all.Mixed goals- if there is respect for women there would be more sharing of household and greater acceptance of women working outside.
