What are constants? please answer i can't understand

 Constant  is  the  number  which  is  fixed.

It  can  not  be  changed.(unlike variable which can assume any number)

constant means a fixed number.......

IN 3Y, 3 IS THE CONSTANT

constant is something that will never change .  no matter what we do we cannot chang its value. 1 will always remain as 1 and cannot be called 2

a constant has a fixed value ..... the value of numbers cannot be , it may be negative or positive it cannot be changed...........so we can

say that all the numbers are constants...........thats my undersdandings.........
