What are single use and standing plans???

Single Use Plan:The word is self explanatory,the plans which are used to meet the needs of a particular or unique situation.These plans end the moment the problem is solved and have no importance after that.Whenever they are needed they are re-created.Example:Budget for the Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Standing Use Plan:A plan that is ongoing and provides guidance for repeatedly performed actions in an organisation.These plans are formulated once and they are repeatedly used.For example:The process of recruitment.It is a repeatedly performing action so every time u don't have to set a plan or strategy for it.
