What are the conditions of biopatent

Dear student,

A bio patent is a patent in biology field for a new/novel invention that is inventive and has some applications/advantages in general. These three are the basic requirement that must be fulfilled before filing any patent in any field. 

example of bio patent : patenting vitamin A rich variety of rice.

Conditions of patentability. To be protected by a patent, an invention must be novel, inventive (show inventive activity), have industrial applicability and be lawful.........
