The main difference between unfertilised embryo sac and fertilised embryo is presence of zygote and endosperm.
The unfertilised embryo sac lacks the zygote and endosperm while in fertilised embryo sac, the endosperm is formed after fusion of one of the male gamete with two sperm nuclei (triple fusion) and zygote is formed formed by the fusion of second male gamete with egg cell.
