It involves neuron in the periphery and spinal cord. No participation of brain. It involves autonomous nervous system, striated and smooth muscles.
It requires a stimulus. It does not require any stimulus.
It is a rapid action. It takes some time to occur.
E.g. blink of eyes. E.g. heart beat
