I think what you mean to ask is what are the points pf "criticism" related to Government. 
There are various challenges and criticism faced by political parties , such as-

Lack of Internal democracy
  • Every member of the party does not have a chance to take part in decision-making process, not every member is consulted before taking any decision. And government is criticised for not involving every member of their party to participate in decision-making process.
  • Power remain in the hands of few top leaders, ordinary members have no information about the internal working of the party.
Dynastic succession
  • As the power is in the hands of top leaders, the party positions passes on to their family member whether or not they are qualified for that position. Government is then blamed and criticised for not considering a qualified candidate for the position.
Money and Muscle Power
  • Money is to organise demonstrations, public meeting, speeches etc. for the political parties. So, here corruption takes place. Parties only choose those candidates who can raise money for the party and win election with their money.

The British Committee of the Indian National congress' was established in Britain by the Indian National Congress in 1889.[1] Its purpose was to raise awareness of Indian issues to the public in Britain, to whom the Government of India was responsible.[1] It followed the work of W.C. Bonnerjee and Dadabhoi Naoroji, who raised India related issues in the British parliament through the support of radical MPs like Charles Bradlaugh.[1] William Wedderburn served as the first chairmanship and William Digby as secretary.
