These conditions are sterile and results in the formation of many new plants which are the exact copies of the parent tissues over a very short period of time.

However, if you are  asking for Artificial methods of vegetative propagation, then the answer is

There are commonly 3 types artificial tissu culture :(1) cutting

(2) layering

(3) grafting

1.cutting :- in this process a small part which is removed by making a cut with a sharp knife is called a 'cutting'.

2.layering:-in this method, a branch of the plant is pulled toward the ground and a part of its covered with moist soil leaving the tips of branch exposed above the ground. after some time, new roots developed from the part of branch buired in the soil. the branch is then cut off from the parent plant.the part of the branch which has developed roots grows to become a new plant.

3.grafting:- grafting is a method in which the cut stems of two different plants are joined together in such a way that two stems join and grow as a single plant. (i) the cut stem of a plant having roots is called stock

(ii)the cut stem of another plant is called scion.
