what are the examples of polypetale family...? do they include both dicot and monocot ?

Polypetalae is not a family. It is a sub class of class Dicotyledonae. It includes only dicots.
According to Bentham and Hooker's system, corolla are free. This sub class includes series like Thalamiflorae, Disciflorae and Calyciflorae.
Thalamiflorae includes 34 families, Disciflorae includes 22 families and Calyciflorae includes 27 families.
common examples for Polypetalae are China rose, Pea, Beans, etc.
