Adrenaline and nor adrenaline hormones are secreted by the adrenal gland during stress conditions. They cause the blood vessels to dilate and increase the heart rate, thus raising the blood pressure. These also cause the release of glucose from liver and reinforce the effects of sympathetic system.

Corticoids are of different types, kindly specify the type of corticoid you are referring to so that we will be able to help you in a better way.
