ploughing causes soil to become airy and fertile . it is the first step for crop production........

any query

plouhging increases the air spaces  in the soil and hence enables the crop to breathe freely

A ploughed field allow the roots to breath easily even when they go deep into the soil and when roots go deep into the soil ,they absorb more nutrients and water from the soil.

  • 2

Ploughing is done for the loosening of soil to make it aerated so that air enters the soil easily through which roots breath and absorb nutrients easily and water enters the soil easily.Ploughing  is also done to overturn the soil so that the fertile layer of soil comes above on the surface for agriculture.

ploughing makes the soil loose

without it the seeds donot grow well.

it supplies water and nutrients to the soil

It allows the roots to reach deeper into the soil. This helps to fix the plant more firmly to the ground.

It helps in trapping air in the soil, which is necessary for roots to "breathe"

It helps the soil to retain moisture for a longer duration.

It helps in bringing nutrients-rich soil to the top.

It helps the soil to mix well with fertilizers.

It helps in the removal of undesirable plants called weeds.

1. Ploughing helps to increase the friendly microbes and worms in the soil which helps in further turning of the soil. 2. Ploughing makes the soil loose, which makes the plants easier to breathe through the porous soil. 3. Ploughing kills the weeds present in the soil and suffocates them to death. 4. It brings the fresh nutrients to the upper layer of the soil so, that the plants can use them. 5. Ploughing helps the plant's roots to penetrate deep into the soil.

ploughing is done to loosen the soil particles so water and nutrients can penetrate through it very quickly.it is done by plough or by machine

Ploughing is the process of turning and  loosening the soil so that the air can pass through  it  easily.

The prime purpose of ploughing is to turn over the uppermost soil, so bringing fresh nutrients to the surface, while burying weeds and crop remains to decay. Trenches cut by the plough are called furrows. In modern use, a ploughed field is normally left to dry and then harrowed before planting.🙂🙂👍👍

It's help to loose soil Hence it improves air circulation
It's helps in the retention of moisture
It's help in uprooting weeds from soil
It enhances the water retaining capacity of soil
Ploughing form big pieces of soil is called crumbs. Ploughing is followed by levelling

Ploughing is required in order to turn the soil

Turning the soil will increase the air spaces between them which helps roots to breathe easily.

The ploughing is important because it helps in loosening the soil which helps the air to go inside the soil for the proper crop production in the field.

ploughing is done for lossening and tilling the soil. In simple ways we can say it is used for preparation of soil. And also we can say that it helps us to lift the humas to upper side so that plants gets more nutrients and also became helthy and well.
I wish you have a great day ahead...........
      hope this helps you...........THANKS

ploughing helps in loosening the soil to make soil porous thus the exchange of gaseous becomes easy and helps in easy penetration of the roots of the seedling and helps in the growth of earthworms and microorganisms in the soil ,they can further loosen the soil by turning

Advantages of ploughing the soil are- Tilling of soil helps in loosening and turning of the soil, the nutrient- rich soil is distributed evenly and also it improves aeration.Ploughing helps to improve the water retention ability of soil in the form of capillary water.

The importance of ploughing the soil are as follows:-
      1. The process of ploughing loosening and turning the soil. The turning and loosening of soil brings nutrient rich soil to the top. Then , plant can absorb these nutrients more efficiently.
2.The loosened soil helps the growth of earthworms and microbes present in the soil which provide nutrients to the soil.
3.The loosened soil has a lot of air trapped in it which is used by plants even when they go deep into the soil.

Plough is a large agricultural implement which is used for ploughing (or tilling) the soil in the fields. The traditionally used wooden plough. The wooden plough consists of a long log of wood which is called plough shaft. There is a handle at one end of the ploughshaft. Below the handle is a strong triangular iron strip called ploughshare. The other end of ploughshaft can be attached to a wooden beam which is fixed at right angles to the ploughshaft. This beam is placed over the neck of two bullocks (or oxen) so as to pull the plough. Thus, the plough is drawn by a pair of bullocks (or other animals such as buffaloes, camels, etc.). When the plough is pulled by the bullocks, the farmer holds the handle of the plough and presses down the handle due to which the ploughshare digs into the soil, loosens it and turns it. Nowadays, the traditional wooden plough is increasingly being replaced by the iron plough.
