owner's funds are also called capital 
1 It is provided by the owner of the enterprise
2​ It remains invested in the company for a long duration
3 It need not be refunded during the life time of the business
4 No chages no the assets 
5 No interest/dividend
6 It is mainly obtained from issue of equity shares and retained earning
