Dear Student,
Answer to the first question is:
Kabir's teachings were included in a wide variety of collections called sakhis and pads. He completely rejected religious traditions and ridiculed the Hindu and Islamic forms of external worship. He preached in a language which was quite understandable by the common people. Kabir believed in the concept of  a formless God who was the Supreme one. According to him, salvation can be achieved only through bhakti or devotion.
