what are the nature of principle of management

Following are the nature of Principles of Management :

1. Universal Application:- Principles of management have universal application. These are applicable to both business and non- business organisation.
 
2. General Guidelines:- Principles of management follow general guidelines and can not be applied forcefully.

3. Practice and Experiment:- Principle of management is the result of long practice and experience of professionals. For example: Problem first appears thereafter complete analysis is carried and solution comes out.

4. Flexible Nature:- Principles of management are flexible in nature. They are not rigid and cannot be applied as it is in every situation. They must be flexible and changeable according to the working condition.

5. Behavioural:- Principle of management are directly connected to human behaviour. Management means managing the people in the organisation. Human behaviour has significant impact on Principle of Management. Human Behaviour plays important role in successful application of Principle of Management.

6. Cause and Effect Relationship:- Principle of Management establish a relationship between cause and effect. They analyse the probable outcome, if in a particular situation work is done in particular manner.

7. Contingent:- Principle of Management are contingent in nature. They are not fixed. These are affected by situations and changing environment. These are to be applied according to the demand of situation.
