The primary and secondary hosts are different in different Aschelminthes.
For example, The primary host in Wuchereria is human beings and the secondary host is a mosquito which can be either culex or Aedes mosquito.
The primary host of Ascaris lumbricoides is human beings and there is not secondary host in the life cycle of this roundworm.
